Father, husband, songwriter, producer, music blogger, consultant, website management and more, Joshua wears many hats. He began releasing music with Manchester, Tennessee Hip Hop collective BUNKS in 1999 and has been navigating the music industry independently ever since.
While at Middle Tennessee State University, he began interning with and was eventually hired by an independent publishing company and record label on Music Row in Nashville. After learning some tough lessons about the corporate music industry and feeling the economic effects of massive layoffs, Joshua left to begin life as a freelance consultant, music blogger, and website manager while continuing to release and perform music. This move also allowed him to spend more time with his wife and 3 children (who have a tendency to be demanding;).
Co-founder of Middle Tennessee Music, founder of Sactown Hip Hop, and over 15 years of experience as an independent musician in a digital world; Joshua's knowledge of online marketing, website management and social media on top of his variety of skills made him a natural fit to the Unlimited Sounds Publishing and Distribution, LLC team.
